02 / SERVICES

Not just machining —an extension of
your engineering capability.

Four core services: DFM Consulting, Design & Modeling Support, Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning, and CNC Precision Machining. Machining comes last — because the first three are the real value.

DFM Consulting

Design for Manufacturing

This is what we most love to do, and what we're most confident in — helping clients design products that are cheaper and easier to make. Starting from drawing review, we examine: is this tolerance too tight, can that fillet be larger, can this step be removed, can that material be replaced with a cheaper alternative?

DFM assessment is a complimentary built-in service, with no separate charge. We believe the money our clients save is more important than our machining fee — this is how partnerships last.

Digital Engineering Support

Digital Engineering Support

Whether you only have hand-drawn sketches, conceptual drawings, or legacy 2D drawings, we can directly execute digital modeling and engineering drawing completion, outputting a complete 3D model ready for production.

Using an advanced digital modeling system as our core tool, we support multi-format engineering file output, ensuring seamless integration with your existing design workflow. This service can be commissioned independently — files delivered to you, and subsequent machining is entirely your choice.

Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning

Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning

Have a sample but no drawings? Want to replicate a legacy part? We have in-house 3D scanning equipment to convert physical samples into manufacturable 3D models. We then perform Feature Reconstruction (transforming scan point clouds into clean CAD features) and tolerance planning to ensure final files are production-ready.

This service is also offered standalone — you don't need to machine with YH. We scan your sample, deliver the CAD, and you take it anywhere you want.

CNC Precision Machining

CNC Precision Machining

When you already have complete engineering drawings, we accept all kinds of precision CNC machining needs. Specialized in aerospace/medical-grade titanium, high-precision aluminum, pure copper alloys, and advanced engineering polymers — covering electronic fixtures, industrial precision parts, powertrain components, thermal modules, and more.

YH is your single technical point of contact and quality owner for the project. From material receipt and process monitoring to inspection and shipping, every step is overseen by our in-house team — ensuring predictable, repeatable quality.
